Fair questions
- Why one-time instead of monthly?
- Because a website rebuild is a project, not a subscription. You pay once, you own the result. The only recurring costs are the ones every website has: your domain (about $20/yr) and hosting (often free, up to about $10/mo). You pay those directly to the providers, in your name, not through us.
- How does payment work?
- Payment is split in two: 50% to start the rebuild and 50% when your new site launches. You can pay by Interac e-Transfer or by emailed invoice, whichever you prefer. Invoices are Net 30, so you have 30 days from the issue date to settle them.
- What's the catch with the free preview?
- There's no catch. The audit, the score, and the redesigned preview of your two key pages cost nothing and carry no obligation. It's how we earn the conversation. If the preview doesn't convince you, we haven't earned the project.
- What if I want changes after seeing the draft?
- Two full revision rounds are included. In practice most of the redesign is already grounded in your existing content, so revisions tend to be about emphasis and photo choices rather than rework.
- How long does it take?
- Typically two to three weeks from go-ahead to launch, depending on how quickly we can get feedback from you at the review points.
- Do you write new content for me?
- The rebuild reorganizes and presents your existing content. If you want new copywriting (a new about story, new program pages), we can scope that as an add-on during our conversation.
- What happens to my old site?
- Nothing, until you approve the switch. Your current site stays live throughout the project. We only point your domain at the new site when you've signed off on it.
